I have done all the usual fixes for control panel issues including getting the hot fixes, starting software licensing services etc. All to no avail. I upgraded this machine from XP to Vista Ultimate months ago with no issues. Will appreciate any help.

Printers stop working
I just installed Office 2003 Pro under Vista 64 and I'm missing the mail applet in the control panel, which I need to configure my profile. Is this just a fluke that it didn't install it or is it a problem with Vista64. I have Vista32 installed on the laptop and I have the mail applet, so I know that works.
